Pitbull Shocked By Lindsay Lohan Lawsuit Against Him because in no way shape or form did he mention Lindsay Lohan in a negative way. He sees that it is a more uplifting song and it was a compliment to Lohan not an insult. Lohan has filed a lawsuit against Pitbull for using her name in his song “Give Me Everything,” to which she had stated that it caused “mental anguished and pain.”
He thought it was a joke when he first heard the news. He states that it is quite real and he believes it is really ironic. Pitbull also goes on talking about how he supports Lindsay Lohan in her career and everything that she has done and will do.
Pitbull states that the lyrics of his song are posted incorrectly. What has been posted was “Hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoein’, to keep flowing/ I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” What his lyrics actually say is “Hustlers move in silence, so I’m tip-toeing, to keep flowing. I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.”
Pitbull continues to explain in what he meant by the term “locked up”, in which he expresses that it simply means you run that area. “When I say ‘I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.’ I’m basically saying she runs her world and I’m trying to run mine the same way she does. However she moves, whatever she does, people talk about it one way or another.”
He continues on saying, “To me it was uplifting. I didn’t look to degrade or hurt someone’s career.”
Anyone who is anyone knows that this lawsuit should not be happening. Lohan cannot possibly believe that this small mention (in a positive way) of her name has brought that much mental damage in her life. Lohan stop trying to blame other people for your mistakes. It is time that you got your act together.
Pitbull has even invited Lohan to the MTV Video Music Awards this weekend to try to work this out. Pitbull is scheduled to perform the song during the show as well.
